• 50% Deposit is due at the time of booking.

COVID 19 Revised Payment Policy:  Final Payment may be made upon arrival at the property.  In the event of continued Government “shut down” for Belize, a full refund of the deposit will be remitted to you.

• Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival

A credit card will be kept on file to cover damage or loss as a result of the guest’s actions.  Any charges related to guest damages will be posted within 7 days of checkout.
* If premises appear damaged or dirty upon Check-In, guests shall inform Management immediately.

GETTING FROM SAN PEDRO TO THE RESORT

You will be met at the arrival location in San Pedro (Airport or Water Taxi Terminal) by our boat captain who will arrange transport to our awaiting boat to bring you to the resort.  The trip is approximately 1 hour from San Pedro.  Guest reservations for 3 or more nights will have complimentary transfers.  For those reservations of less than three days will pay a transfer fee of $65.  

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking is allowed in the casitas.

• Persons other than registered guests may not stay overnight on the property unless renting a casita.

• No guest’s pets will be allowed on the property. Dogs do reside on the property.

• The Resort and its staff is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or loss of personal property that occurs while on the premises.  Guests are responsible for locking their casita when leaving.

• North Beach is an “OFF THE GRID” Eco Resort and has limitations on water, septic and power supply.  We ask all guests to help us conserve both water and power and comply with our septic policy during their stay with us.
• Guests shall allow management access to their casita for purposes of repair and inspection.  Management shall exercise this right in a reasonable manner.

Guests agree to abide by the rules, as noted above, at all times while on the property.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: 

In consideration for receiving permission to rent and being permitted to enter the property for a vacation rental or any other purpose, I hereby Release, Waive, Discharge, and Covenant Not To Sue North Beach Island Resort, their officers, agents, or employees from any and all liability, claims or actions and causes of actions whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, whether caused by negligence of the releases, or otherwise, while in, on or upon the premises where the use is being conducted.  I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement that I am at least eighteen years old (18) and it shall bind my family, friends, and guests.  I virtually sign it voluntarily of my own free will by confirming my reservation.
