RESERVATIONS

Reservation Policy:

• Reservations made within 72 hours of arrival must be paid in full at time of the reservation.
• Reservations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival are required to place a 50% deposit for the total number of nights booked.
• A valid government issued ID will be required at checkin. Must be 18 or older to book a room. Guest Check-In Time: 3:00 PM CST / Guest Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM CST

All rooms are non-smoking. We offer many outdoor spaces for smoking.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Rates and policies subject to change.

Cancellation and Change Policy:

• Reservation may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation 61 or more days from confirmed arrival date shall receive a full refund of deposit.
• Cancellation 31-60 from confirmed arrival date will receive a 95% refund of deposit.
• Cancellation from 15-30 days from confirmed arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation 3-14 days from arrival date will receive 25% of their deposit amount.
• Cancellation or changes 0-3 days from confirmed arrival date will receive no refund.
• If we do not receive a cancellation request from you prior to arrival date, your reservation will be treated as a “No-Show” and no refund will be issued.
• COVID – 19 Cancellation Policy: Guests

No refunds will will given for strikes, political unrest or acts of God including Hurricanes.

We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

 

COVID 19 CANCELLATION POLICY – PRIOR TO CHECK IN

NORTH BEACH ISLAND RESORT is thoughtful and understanding in the event a guest is unable to travel due to a confirmed Covid 19 diagnosis and mandated travel restrictions and or lock downs. The Guest is required to provide a confirmed medical test of being positive for COVID 19 and a 100% credit will be issued for any deposits held by the Resort to be applied to a future reservation with the resort. This credit will be valid for a period on ONE (!) YEAR from the date of issuance. No Cash refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival.

COVID 19 DISCLAIMER

Guests not in compliance with COVID 19 protocol set forth by NORTH BEACH ISLAND RESORT, by not wearing a mask in common areas, not abiding by social distancing requirements will be ask to leave the resort and will be responsible for all fees assessed for transport to San Pedro Airport and no refund will be issued for any portion of unused room nights.

In the event of a symptomatic guest, protocol must be followed as directed by the COVID 19 Program Manager and Belize Ministry of Health. Any individual non-compliant with directed protocol will be removed from the property and directed to the Ministry of Health for directives on isolation. All cos of isolation for the required period of time as directed by the MOH will be at the sole expense of the guest.
